Unfortunately I cannot answer a lot of your questions, but I do know that you will get your visa to live in the U.S. a LOT faster if you apply for it from within Sweden. Also, if your fiancé has been in Sweden for over two years he can write for his own hindersprovning, but if not he will need the marriage laws of Texas officially translated into Swedish and a statement (from a pastor or judge or something) that basically says he is single and can legally get married. There is a wonderful website that can definitely answer all your questions though.
